Delivery Info

We delivery to Australia Wide through Australian Post Office, or by using our own carrier express services. When you are locate at the countryside; we are able to delivery products to your store once order(s) is confirmed, dispatched and sent to the freight. Please allow 6 days, or otherwise 7 to 14 days for the delivery arrival, depending on your location(s). If items are not delivered in an expected time frame, please contact us for more information or request a tracking number.

We have businesses all over Australia (NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, WA, NT), New Zealand and Tasmania. Invoice are issued by Silverwater Imports P/L, with delivery calculation fees and GST.

Payment Policy

New customer is required to pay in advance before items dispatch processes; Existing customer (before 17th October, 2017) will be asked to login for order re-arrangement. If you are our eligible trade customers to receive 30 days credit payment terms, please be advised that customers must pay the amount within 30 days upon receiving order invoice and items; otherwise, the company will take actions or further orders will not be committed.

Return Policy

If there are any damaged items, please take a photo and forward to sales@todos.com.au for a replacement within 14 days, if it is approved we will send replacement items to you without charging an extra delivery fees. We do not really require customer to send back the damaged items because it is time consuming for both ends.

Privacy Policy

While using our service, we may ask you to provide us with certain identifiable information such as your company name, company address, email address, contact number, billing address, postal/ delivery address, for order processes and customer relationship management (e.g. email marketing). We collect such information to run our business and commit not to share any of your private information with any other third parties including our sales agency, everything you provide to us will be kept in database records only of normal business operation.
